CS Cart looks like a wonderful cart for the price. I do have a few questions that I did not see addressed elsewhere, but hopefully someone can help me out.
- Can you setup automatic reorders? Like coffee/flower/fruit-of-the-month club?

- Can you permit/restrict product sales to a particular state based on their shipping or billing address? This is required to comply with specific export/legal requirements. -or- If a product is selected, say plutonium coffee, that has export restrictions could you pop-up a window that requires acknowledgement?
