Cant get rid of CS-CART.com ON bottom of page

I am also not able to get rid of the Copyright © 2005-2009 CS-Cart.com on the bottom of the page even after editing the php file. Also when I have changed all my settings to my info my invoices still say :

CS-Cart.com

44 Main street

Boston Mississippi 02116

United States

Phone: 6175556985



Even after I change my default info. Is this due to file permissions?

That information is kept in the database so it has nothing to do with permissions.



A couple of things,



First, after changing the information are you sure you clicked save.



Also have you cleared your cache?

You need to change the information on the Company tab in Administration:settings.

Go Administration then look the right u will see COMPANY :smiley:

Removing Copyright © 2005-2009 CS-Cart.com will also edit in bottom.tpl file.

I have the same question but can’t find file called bottom.tpl. Surely it’s just me looking in the wrong place but can you tell me more of what I should be looking for?

It will be your in skins folder - customers - bottom.tpl file

You don’t want to change bottom.tpl. Instead use the way CS-cart advices you to do it, with a hook, so after an update the change stays intact.
