I’m trying to edit an “open” order in admin, but it just loads the products section and doesn’t load the customer info, total and summary info. I’m trying to edit the shipping charges located in the totals section.
I can edit all the sections of a completed order. I tried changing the “open” status to to “completed”, but it gave the same empty result.
I’m using PayPal for checkout. I thought maybe it doesn’t write the customer, total and summary sections until after the checkout returns from PayPal, but when I browse the database via PHPmyAdmin, it looks like the info is there.
Anyone have a similar problem, know if this is a bug or know a work around??
