Can Vendors edit their Vendor Information?

When I log in as administrator, you can click on Vendors in the main menu, and edit Vendor information, like description, add logos, shipping address, contact info, etc. This is the same info that appears on the Vendor signup form.

But when a vendor signs in, this menu item is missing. If you try to click on the vendor name top right, where it says Vendor:____, then it says access denied. The user associated with this vendor even has administrative privileges.

Shouldn’t vendor’s be able to edit this information? Did I miss something?

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I failed to reproduce the problem in a standard CS-Cart installation. I am able to change the profile information when signing in as a vendor in the administration panel. The problem requires the investigation on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide us with a temporary access to your server.
