Can CS Cart do this

I have a potential client who needs a shopping cart solution that must answer YES to the following:

1. Integration with QuickBooks accounting system.

2. Automated billing of customers on a monthly basis.

3. Automatic email notification to customers when a billing attempt is not successful.

4. Automatic email notification to our billing department when a customer’s billing attempt is unsuccessful.

5. The ability to keep the unsuccessful customer in the billing cycle until the payment problem is resolved. We don’t want them to drop out of the loop until we resolve the issue.

6. A report detailing monthly billing activity including unsuccessful billing attempts.

Since I have no experience with Quickbooks, can someone with CS Cart experience confirm which one if not all CS Cart is capable of handling?

CS-Cart does not function properly with the Quickbooks export. The CS export will erase your cost to “0” and change information in your system creating a nightmare. You can use Quickbooks (as we are), but you will want to use a 3rd party program from Webgility, Writeitonce, etc.

I am unsure of the rest.

Disappointed to read this. Do you know if the CS Cart devs are aware of this?

Not sure how reliable this is but I just checked the bug tracker (http://forum.cs-cart.com/vbugs.php?s=&do=list&textsearch=quickbooks) and noticed several Quickbooks concerns. However most of them appear to be fixed.

I say we all vote on the Uservoice so the Dev's know how important this is to us. Its such a pain right now.
