You should select the Allow customers to compare products check box under the Catalog section on the Settings > General page in the admin panel.
To show up on a comparison list, a feature must have one (or more) of the following check boxes enabled:
Show on the Features tab
Show in product list
Show in header on the product details page

i did that and i still can't compare the product .
i fount the problem.
the "add to comparison list" button disappear if im using my custom theme ( responsive theme clone ).
if i change my theme to the original responsive theme the button will show up.
is this css problem or something?
can anyone guide me? any help will be really appreaciated. thank you
