Can't Add Grid

I am trying to add 4 grids across in the responsive theme. I get one up and when I add another it just sits on top of the first one.

How do you do this.

Actually I am setting 4 Grids of 4 across, But the second grid rests under( or on top of) The first one. See screen shot.

Looks like you add new grid inside the existent one, not near it

I think I got it now. It seems if I add the grid using the title bar of the section Im working in, that seems to do the trick.
