hi,
I have configured the CA tax on my system (7.75%).
Now there is an issue, the total amount missed one cent on the total tax amount.
Example of an invoice

Invoice #48
Product1 Price: $15.00 Qty:1 Tax:$1.16 Total: $16.16
Product2 Price: $15.00 Qty:1 Tax:$1.16 Total: $16.16
Subtotal: $32.32
Shipping Cost: $4.47
Total Tax: $2.32
Order Total: $36.79
----------------------------
The total Tax should be $2.33 (not $2.32).
It is because the system rounded up the Tax $1.1625 to $1.16 on each product.
And then they added up two products tax, it becomes $1.16 + $1.16 = 2.32
instead of $1.1625 + $1.1625 = 2.33
Is any way i can fix this? even though it is a one cent, but it will be an issue when we filing the tax return and things like that for the accounting.

This was an issue for me aswell, I had to pay cs-cart to have the tax roundup issue fixed =(
This is a bug - plain and simple. Has it been reported in the Bug Tracker?

I’ve reported it as a bug in the bug tracker, and was told it would be fixed in 1.3.6 but I couldn’t wait so I had the cs-cart developers fix it for a price.
