We also are getting error when trying to set the Preset Bulk product form

Quite frustrating.

I hope not, I'm the Admin ;)

But seriously, the issue is still happening. I'm using the EXACT format as the product export (same column titles and everything). Anyone out there able to help? it has only happened since upgrading to latest version of MV

Quite frustrating.

I contacted HelpDesk. Apparently it's a known issue with the 4.12.1 upgrade. They've got a patch. The help desk guys were super helpful. Issue is now fixed on my site.
