When using SSL for the admin panel in 2.2.3 Professional, the layout breaks most of the time, but not always. It's very random, you would refresh a page 10 times and it would sometimes work, sometimes not. See the attached file for details.
This only seems to happen in Chrome. I tested Safari and Firefox without any issues. This was all done in MacOS 10.7.1.
Also, the non-SSL version of the admin panel seems to work fine in all browsers.

Seems like a browser cache thing. I have this all the time, clean up my browsers cache, and it's gone.
