Brand Page Layout Showing "404 Not Found"

I would like some help on how to solve a 404 not found for a brand page layout in cs-cart, I would like to know if I could get possible help on it because it's been a long period trying to solve the issue.

- create the brand product featrue

- create the filter by this feature

- check ID of this filter

- run the following URL in the store-front

index.php?dispatch=product_features.view_all&filter_id=BRAND_FILTER_ID
