Where I can change the links in the bottom of my store?
In the file bottom.tpl I saw:
{foreach from=$top_links item=“link”}
| {$link.descr}
{/foreach}
which print the links. but I wish to change the path of one of them.
where can I do that?

That code just duplicates the links at the top of the page in the footer. If you want to change the URL for a link, go to Design>Quick Links in version 2.
In version 1.3.x, go to Look and Feel>Top Navigation.
