I had this problem on 2.0.8. Fresh install, not upgraded. Cscart created Duplicate lines in the
block .tpl files. Some blocks were duplicated, some could not be deleted, others seemed to be effecting other blocks. Sno is right. Delete the Cache files. I also needed to delete the Compiled files.
I started fresh with just the all_pages/*.tpl files and copied this to all the other .tpl files. then removed the blocks I didn’t want for other pages. I also inserted 5 or 6 Carriage returns between each line to allow cscart to insert new lines without needing to move others.
Dont know if that made any difference but I have not seen the problem since.
Speaking of blocks. If I am in IE8 and then click on Design > Blocks sometimes … not always… I get a IE compatability errror and it switches me to Compatability Mode and forces me to log in again. Anyone else seen this?
