Better to use this Forum or Bug Tracker?

Just wondering if CS-Cart browses this forum for Feature Requests or is it better to submit it as a Feature Request in Bug Tracker?

I have been submitting feature requests in the Bug Tracker for straight-forward things in the hopes that they arrive fairly quickly. I think for major changes (e.g., adding a backorder system) it is better to post your ideas here.
