We need a ticket mgmt software for our helpdesk for the order coming on cs-cart MVE 4.2.4. We want that we should be able to create tickets from the orders itself and then follow it up as a conversation which we can see in the order itself.

That doesn't solve our purpose since we need to have a ticketing systems for the issues coming from customers, how many are opened / resolved / pending etc.
I tried about 5 helpdesk systems and settled with Freshdesk
We have been using it for abour 3 years now and really like it. It's easy to setup, extremely flexible, offers just about everything you can think off, and cart-power integrated it with cs-cart for us.
Of course you can save some money running a helpdesk system on your own server, and I'm usually all for that, but with these server heavy tools I preferred having it in the cloud.

I checked the cs-cart cart-power addon for freshdesk but one major thing the customer cant see the ticket id in there panel which is strange?
How come customer will come back to you and you will zero in on a specific ticket id? Am I missing some thing here.
Everything comes into freshdesk - so there is no need for a ticket ID. I am also not a fan of telling customers tickets ID's. Support goes over mail 95% of the time (which comes into freshdesk) and I like keeping things as easy / personal as possible for customers.
Anyway it would be really easy to add a ticket ID field I am sure.
