now ive set the site up all running smooth until i received an forwarded email from my boss

Just had a look on your website for packaging and noticed that my basket still shows my order for the pallet of books and shows the checkout button as if it hasn’t gone through…which I know it has but I didn’t want people to reclick on it and double order from you by mistake…

now ive ran tests etc , cant seem to find it , in the settings and all , unless ive turned blind in some way , 
i would really like some help on this , for some sort of fix or somthing
