Banner On Vendor Store

How we can add a banner on vendor store right above vendor products as per
the attachment. (Not to insert an image in description which shows only while we click
extra)

On the Design -> Layouts -> Vendor store page in the admin panel add new block with banner before the Main content block

Only the main admin can do this. The administrator of the vendor cannot set the block himself.
