Is there any way to change the backordered stauts order to completed, shipped, or processed? Everytime i try to make that change, it goes right back to backordered status.
Go into admisitrative settings and click button to allow negative inventory counts.
After you do that you will be allowed to change the status.
Once you change the status though you have to go back and unclick the button to
not allow negative inventory counts.
