When I upload image on product and save the back end session logs out and dint save the changes
it usually happens if the images size is more then 100kb . I have issued a ticket initially they said it might be due to post_max_size. I have increase the size to 128M. then they said it might be due to mod_security. now mod_security is disable but still facing the issue. now disappointed with the poor paid support of cs cart now posting here so community might help .

Yep, CSC support is poor. If they don't know the answer, they will guess and tell you to try this or that. The sad part is they charge you for each response they give whether it fixes the issue(s) or not.
I'm going to take a guess as well but at least it's free.
