Automatic db backup - scheduled, would be a hot feature.
No need to do backups yourself every night when your store becomes busy.
use CRON jobs from your hosting panel. Check, what you have, and google around how to set up cron to backup your DB and folders every hour. Not a rocket science.

I found this article Backing Up a Store via Console — CS-Cart 4.16.x documentation but I need to delete older backups, i.e. backup every day and when I have 10 backups to delete the older one and so on, otherwise the server will get out of space. Or to backup o a different location , not my server.
