Authentication Box Missing

Please can some one help it seems that the Authentication Box where customers log in is missing from front page.



Any ideas on how to get it back.

Did you recently enable SSL?

No, but our hosting company was recently hacked and our site was put back with their nightly backups.



We have had SSL working for some time with no problems.
