API access for this user

I would like the “API access for this user” to be activated in the Venors plan. Can anyone help?

As an marketplace administrator (make sure, that you are using Multi-Vendor Plus or Ultimate), you can enable API in the vendor administrator’s profile.

  1. Please open the Users > Administrators page.
  2. Click on the Vendor’s administrators button in the top right corner.
  3. Open the profile of that vendor’s administrator, for which you want to enable the API access.
  4. Switch to the API access tab and click on the API access for this user switch, then save the changes.

Thank you for your message. I would like every new vendor to have API activated automatically.
