I think the “PayTrace payment” module already available in default CS-Cart so check it.

I am currently using PayTrace and have been for about six months. There was access in CS-Cart to the PayTrace Gateway in version 3.1.5. I am currently on CS-Cart version 4.2.4, and using PayTrace with great success.
When setting up Payment Methods you just need to select PayTrace in the Processor dropdown.
