I’m preparing to sell my first downloadable product, which is an audiobook in MP3 format. The copyright is owned by another company and I am giving them a 50% royalty on every sale. I have no experience with this and have no idea how to come up with a license agreement to attach to the downloadable file. Can someone point me in the right direction or know where I can maybe get some boilerplate text for this?
