anyone alive to contact?

Is there any way to have a live communication with cs-cart helpdesk? Not by telephone… by chat or something…


Not that I am aware of. They are located in Russia, so their time difference puts them ahead like 12 hours, which means our day is there night or vice versa.

I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their response even though I have to wait one day for it, but it is nice to know that if I submit a ticket today, I am assured of having an answer (usually with a “fix” w/complete explanation) tomorrow morning.
