We're running 4.2.2, and we've read the 4.2.3 changelog, but we'd like to know if you're running 4.2.3 have you noticed any difference in speed, either negative or positive?
Keep updating… Don't clear cache. Use amazon cloudfront and switch to vps to improve performance.
