Amazon Prime membership style loyalty program available?

I know I can do the discount/free shipping for a user group since I have tested it but not sure how to go about making it automated.

Essentially I am looking for a way that a customer can buy a yearly membership and then when they do it automatically puts them into a specific user group. This user group gets discounts and free shipping. Similar to if you sign up for Amazon Prime; when you sign up you get the benefits immediately. It would require:

  1. Customer can pay for a membership and it would instantly put them into a specific group I have created. Or is there another way to do this?
  2. This membership fee would be recurring from year to year. If canceled, customer would be taken out of the user group automatically.

Is there a way to do this within CS-cart or with an add-on? I really don’t want to have to deal with customers contacting us, before to create the membership. Or after the sale and deal with figuring out the refunds.

There is definitely no such feature out of the box. Please try to look for a solution in the Marketplace.

I couldn’t find anything close to this in marketplace (surprisingly) so was hoping a vendor on here may see it and point me in the right direction if there was something available.
