Anybody know who has Amazon Payment add-on ?
or can someone make this add-on Like Paypal payment ?

This is something we would like to be able to offer too.
What I would like to see is an inventory management system set up between CS-Cart and Amazon.
We currently offer products as a merchant, however we moved our webstore to CS Cart. Amazon has a way of converting customers to their platform. They are one of the better eCRM companies (Reference last years earnings).
I hope you find what you’re looking for. If you find anything dealing with inventory management, I am highly interested.
