Alter Text On Email Order Status Sent To Customer

I need to change some of the default text that is at the top of the customers email page sent to them when the order status is updated from the admin for example at the minute if the order is canceled by the admin the customer is sent an email with the following text.



Dear (customer name here),



Your order has been canceled. Please contact shop administration.



How do i change the text, i did do a search in languages using “Your order has been” but the text is not displayed under languages.

Look at the text for the Canceled status.
