So we had a customer e-mail us yesterday telling us that when he went to purchase an item(oil filter) it actually added that product he clicked on and then all of the related products also.
How do i stop this?

It seems that these products were added to the main product as required products, but not as related ones. In order to create the “Related products” section on the product details page, you should follow the instructions in the “Related Products” article of our Knowledge base: [url]CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation
