It would be nice if there was a box, that would put the terms on the page itself rather than just link to it.
I remember reading somewhere that there was some ruling that when someone agreed to the terms, they needed to be listed in their entirety on the page, not simply link to them. So a scrolling div would work.
Not really sure if it’s essential, it would take a lot of space, but it is important that they truly are binding.
