Admin Panel all blank and product tabs not working

My Admin Panel home page is all blank and product tabs don’t work.
I can’t modify the website.
Besides, the website doesn’t show pictures in the homepage and the main menu drop-down window doesn’t work.
My CS-Cart version is 4.16.2 and running PHP 8.1.
Please help.

Have you made any changes recently or added any addons.
Have you changed the php version or have any file permissions changed on the server.

Can you share the url ?

** PHP 8.1 is supported starting with CS-Cart/Multi-Vendor 4.17.1.*

My URL is:

Both website work on the same database and I have a CS-Cart license for 2 sites.
My version of CS-Cart 4.16.2 has being working fine until now with php 8.1.
I haven’t added any addons or changed the php version. Last evening everything was working fine and in the morning it wasn’t.
I spent much time with the Hosting company and everything is working fine from their side… it never happened before that the Admin Panel is messed up and pictures are not showing with no functioning buttons.
This is very disturbing and should be fixed. I paid for a license of a product that I can’t use… please somebody help to fix this problem. I got many customers calling to let me know that tried to log in and they got this pop-up in red:" Error Incorrect or missing confirmation code."
Please help.

I shared the URL and didn’t change anything.
I explained further in another post.
Thank you.

In relation to your comment, I tried to dis-activate the google captcha plug-in, but when in the CS-Cart admin panel, the buttons didn’t work and every time I pushed the button to change the settings, the screen will just to the top of the page and didn’t allow me to change anything… very annoying.
Any other suggestions?

Seems to be working for me, is it resolved

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to give you an update on my case. I had to restore the website from a backup because it was infected by a virus.
I’d like to share an important piece of advice with everyone: make regular backups of your website. It can truly be a lifesaver if something like this ever happens to you.
Now I’m working on identifying how the infection happened and redoing the updates and changes from the past month that weren’t saved in the backup.
Thank you to everyone who reached out and offered help — I really appreciate it.
