When I try to login to the admin panel, I get the following error message:
Error You are not allowed to login to this area.
I have checked the database user record for ‘admin’, and it shows status and user_type as “A”, and root as “Y” – so I cannot understand why I cannot login.
Any suggestions please?
Account Status = 'D', change to 'A'
