Hello!
We present you a new addon for CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor enriches the order shipping tab with elements that can make managing shipments easier.
We start by installing the addon:
In case of multiple shipments for one order, the addon helps to manage them easier and faster. We go to shipments and see the list of shipments for order #101:
After entering the shipment edition, we see four additional elements that our addon adds:
- Customer notes - normally they are visible only from the order level, now we have access to them when creating a shipment, so we can constantly control the shipping process so that it is consistent with the customer’s suggestions
- Staff only notes - normally they are visible only from the order level, now we have access to them when creating a shipment
- Order link - on the right side, we have a link to the order, so we can quickly go to the order
- Shipment navigator - next to the order link there is a shipment navigator and we can quickly move between shipments for a given order.
The add-on adds four additional elements in shipments that can speed up work during order processing in the store.
