“Buy it now” with instant payment for example paypal express checkout would be more useful.

“Offer your price” with ability to accept price from backend would be also great.

Thank you for your comments.

Do you mean that the express checkout buttons (paypal, amazon, etc) should be displayed on the product details page?

Should the system place order with the offered price? Or it should just add a record to database similar to the “Request a call” feature?

These ideas are from eBay.

  1. In ebay you can setup product that it cannot be added to cart, it requires you instant payment. I have tons of abandoned shopping carts.

Do you mean that the express checkout buttons (paypal, amazon, etc) should be displayed on the product details page?

    Yes, something like that.

  2. Best offer in ebay works this way (say original product price 100$)

Adding Best Offer to your listing and sending offers to buyers | eBay

    Customer inputs price offer 80$.

Seller can Accept, Decline or make counter offer 90$.

Customer can do same Accept, Decline or make counter offer 85$.

If seller accepts offer, counter offer we have sale, if customer accepts counter offer we have sale also in cs-cart this would be “open” status order. Customer could pay order from here (same as this cs-cart setting “Allow customers to pay order again if transaction was declined:”)

Thank you for you great ideas. We have put these modules to our “to-do” list. Have a nice weekend!

The module is finally updated to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor version 4.2.1. New features are added

  • Anti-bot validation for the “One click order” and “Call request” features
  • Ability to specify order status for the orders placed with the “One click order” feature
  • Ability to specify fields from the profile fields list

The module is tested with 4.2.2 version. Ability to select required functionality (request a call, 1-click order or both) is added. See picture in the previous post.

Would it be posible to merge this addon with paypal express checkout function? No need to collect any customers data would be needed, all would be taken from paypal site.

As I know PayPal requires that the Express Checkout Button should be placed on the cart page only. Isn't it?

Not sure.

Darius, should it take into account products which are already in the cart?

Idea is to make customer buy this product and pay for it now (instant payment). Adding product to cart post pones payment and sale may never happen.

Ok. The main issue for now is selected options and selected amount. We will try to find a way to fix it. Thank you.

The module is tested with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.2.3
