The addon allows you to enable chat between the seller and customer ONLY after the order has been paid.
This prevents the customer from contacting you before purchasing the item.
This solves several problems:

Customer contact information will not be available to the vendor until payment has been made.

Only genuine customer will contact vendors.

The chat is hidden in the product card and remains only on the order page.
