Adding a Select box to the Customer Details Page

I need to add a Select Box to the Shipping Details City field so that the customer can select. please tell me how to.

What are you going to select from? Cities are not stored in the database.

I need the City is their any way I can get the city into a Select Box as I want the user to select the city rather than type since this will minimize typo’s

Where does the City names are saved? does any one know?

Cities are saved in cscart_destination_elements with an element_type of ‘T’.
