You should edit the “top.tpl” file located in the “skins/[CUSTOMER_ACTIVE_SKIN]/customer” directory of your CS-Cart installation, where [CUSTOMER_ACTIVE_SKIN] is an active skin of your storefront.

Where exactly would I do my editing in top.tpl?

nikmark, its easy, test it only. You cant destroy something, Make a copy before and then test it. Write somewhere in the files, upload and you see what´s happend. I would use a language variable for this. Create a new language variable then write in the .tpl {lang.you_phone_number_variable} and ready. Maybe you do a design from the phone number with CSS.
