I want to add a “collect” shipping method so customers can choose to use their own account.
I created a shipping method for that and gave it position 1 - but it doesnt show to the customer as a choice.
When I test the rate the error is “no stores have been found”
I have a store defined (but says no rate area - but i also have 2 rate areas)
Running 4.14.2
Any suggestions welcome - thank you

Go to the pickup point settings, open the Settings tab and make sure that this point is available for the required rate area
Thank you for your reply! I set the pickup point as the “default destination all countries” and saved, but “collect on your shipping account” does not come up as an option.
It is required to examine the issue directly on your CS-Cart installation. Try to connect CS-Cart support team
