So when “delivery agent” has several packages to deliver, they have to go through all of them to crosscheck order details against the orders in the app? just so they can mark it as picked, or delivered? how long is that going to take? Cs-cart has builtin order barcodes. Easier if delivery agent could simply open the app, tap scan order, pick any random package and scan the printed barcode on the shipping label, order is pulled up and then mark picked up, delivered etc. Not sure if it’s the issue of talent or what but Cs-cart devs are good at making half-baked tools. Guys build tools that solve real problems, and serious buyers will pay a premium.
