The admin can choose the settings to make this addon work.
In the Customer menu, go to the customers section, and open any customer ID.
After opening the customer ID, switch on the user groups, and activate the status of the selected user group.
In the marketing menu, select ‘Review Reminder,’ then click on the gear button, and finally, click ‘Send’ to send emails.
Email status will be sent.
Customers can write a review on the product page.
Switch the products menu, click on the Reviews, and then the admin approves the customer review status.
You can see review status will be sent in the review reminder logs.
