add logo to packing slip in 2-4-4

How can I add my store logo to the packing slip? I also would like to see and edit the message that Is sent when I receive a new order. Can you tell me where to look for this.

To edit the message for the orders it would be under Orders - Order Statuses

The other is in Design - Logos

thanks for the info. In Design-Logos those are only for Customer Area (on line), Orders (printed out)and on Gift certificates. Not on packing slips.
