I read those files, but it works to the products, not for categories.

You cannot import categories without it being associated to a product.

That means i need to add a product to a news categories? Then how to add the meta title to the new categories in bulk.

Only the category name can be created via import. All other category data will need to be done manually.

Default Opencart doesn’t have this feature.
