Unfortunately there is no such a feature on the clean CS-Cart installation. Additional code modifications are required
Why wouldn't you attach it to their order so that it's a part of every $$ transaction versus having it in a user profile area? Seems that legally, it would be better applied to the order/invoice versus the user.....

We send the bill with every delivery but some client call us to claim the bill again. If we send it to email they say that they dont received it. So if they will have it in their account next with warranty certificate it will be easy for them and also for us.
It would be addon development then. Not difficult if you can define the content of your PDF info. I'd assume the data is created from an order and then you want some kind of extended invoice in PDF format referencable from their account.
Still not clear why having it attached to their order (including any warranty info) is not sufficient given that all customers can lookup and view their orders. there would then be no confusion on which financial transaction that info (warranty and billing info) related to.
