My hosting just suspended my account, tell me that my account as it causing load on server. I only have 1060 products on my website, is there away to tell what files are causing the problem from the cpanel?

It may not be products but rather site visits ( bandwidth ).
Down the left in cpanel you should see if you reached your limit.
Can Searchanise cause the problem?
The slogan hosting for less should already tell you enough. Shopping carts are quite server intensive and if you cause too much stress on the server, some hosts simply suspend you. Ridiculous? Sure… they could at least warn you first and offer an upgrade to a bigger plan…
