I'm about to ask a really crazy question, where does VAR locate?
My is located right below public_html.
Its look like this
access-logs
bin
cpmove.psqletc
mail
php
public_ftp
public_html
tmp
var
www
My question is, VAR is it in the right place?
I remember is was in public_html
can some one tell in the VAR belong where?

'var' is a general name for a directory that contains 'variable' data.
The one you are referring to is associated with your VPS.
The one we reference the most here is related to your cs-cart store.
That one is located in the root of your store. I.e. public_html/var
The one is located in the root of my store. I.e. public_html/var
was empty. And the one that's out side public_html have all the data. I don't know how that happen. can I change it back?
Shouldn't be empty. Sounds like you have other problems. Can't advise from here.
