What do you think about the Ability to Insert Form Data into the Database? with an area for the admin to view all the submitted form data?

This is exactly what I’m after for my site, I CS what to charge me $200 bucks to do including the options to email the form data as well. I don’t have the budget as yet, but would be interest if you have the mnod for it.
