We installed CS Cart store front option free version following all instructions. We purchased Unitheme 2 which was advertised by cs cart and once we installed it we got a 503 error. But if we install one of the free themes we don’t get any errors and can view the storefront theme without issues.
PHP version currently 7.4 . Yes Curl and Sockets is enabled.

Try to contact AlexBranding team. Since some feature are disabled in the free version, it can brake the theme
Says no errors detected in logs. I think this free version of CS Cart is screwing up Unitheme storefront.

UniTheme2 should be fully compatible with the Store Builder Free.
This issue could be examined only in your installation.
