How can I get the cs cart 4.17.2.SP3 - 4.18.1 categories page description at the bottom?

I am using cs cart 4.17.2.SP3 - 4.18.1 version.
I would like to include the descriptions made in the categories section at the bottom.
So the products should appear at the top
The description text should appear under the products. Which code should I change in which file?
What is the way to go about this?
