dear, one customer put us 2 exactly the same orders,but the total amount is not the same.One is right,but the other one is not .Pls check attachment,what`s the reason ? we edit nothing about code.

This is strange.
Invoice 10071 has the Payment surcharge twice ( 12.34 x 2).
Maybe it has something to do with the way it was canceled. The surcharge from the first order was added to the second.
